Support contact email and phone numbers are located prominently on almost every page. This new site gives us the technology to add new features as we continue to upgrade our abilities. CerebroWeb announces Geminal Web Fast Track Do-It-Yourself Service

April 29, 2008. Cerebroweb announces our newest product line: Geminal Web Fast Track. This product combines a hosting plan with a do-it-yourself web site tool. Once customers have registered an account, they can use the easy site builder and their choice from over 3,000 professional templates to quickly and easily create their own quality web site. Clients give their information to the site builder, choose different graphics and color schemes that match the template, and let it create the web pages for them. When the customer sees that every thing is right, the application will then put the site online. Accounts include an optional 24 hour live, toll free hotline for support. The support agent can talk the customer through the operation and use of the account control panel and applications, but cannot help with the actual site design. Customers can still call our office with questions as well. On line help and an extensive knowledge base system provides extensive on line help and support.

This service is ideal for people or small businesses that want to save money by creating their own web site. It is also gr3eat for those that want the option of paying on a monthly basis with no long term commitment. Rates are $170.00 annually, or $16.95/month when billed to a credit card monthly.

Cerebroweb adds new CSS design tools

April 1, 2008. In an effort to serve our customers better, CerebroWeb has added new tools to help us create attractive and functional page layouts using the latest CSS standards. These tools give us greater control over the placement of items on web pages without using frames or deeply nested tables. This should help pages load faster and look better in almost all modern web browsers

Older CerebroWeb sites upgraded from frames to search engine friendly pages, for FREE!

March 25, 2008. We here at CerebroWeb really appreciate the support and loyalty our customers have shown us. To express our appreciation, we will start upgrading custom design accounts that use frames to PHP. These out put of these scripts will look and act the same as the frames pages, but are much easier for the search engines to catalog. This should help our clients draw more site visitors from the major search engines.

The recent changes to our hosting platform makes PHP script execution very fast. If anything, these HTML compatible PHP pages will display even faster than the old frames pages.

Any customer who would like to take advantage of this free upgrade should contact us to schedule the service and find out how to preview the site before it goes on line.

CerebroWeb Hosting accounts upgraded for free!

March 20, 2008. All CerebroWeb Hosting customer accounts have successfully been upgraded to the new distributed platform and vDeck 3.0 control panel.

The new platform consists of pools of servers. EAch server pool is tuned to its specific task. Requests coming in from the internet are sent to the first free server in the pool, eliminating the delays sites sometimes experienced with the old system. Site files are stored on multiple RAID storage device pools with additional backup. If a server where your files are stored goes down for any reason, another server immediately takes over. Email, scripting and data base functions are handled by their own server pools. This system offers even greater reliability. Most of our customers are noticing improved speed and response time as well.

All sites were automatically and manually checked to make sure they were functioning correctly and as expected on the new system before going on line from the new data center. All of our customer sites transferred as they were and did not require any changes.

Customers will find more options available from the new vDeck 3 control panel. The help files and knowledge base give much more help and detail.

Disk space and bandwidth amounts were not automatically updated, but any customer who needs the full 1.5 terabytes of disk space and the higher bandwidth only needs to ask, and we will manually upgrade the limits. So far, none of our customers have come close to using even the 300 GB of disk space from our last upgrade.

Because of the greater efficiency of the new platform, we are able to offer this extensive upgrade at no additional cost. When you compare the features our CerebroWeb hosting to those of other hosting services, you will see that CerebroWeb Hosting is very competitive.
