  • Extensive online help files and knowledge base and tutorials are available with all hosting accounts.
  • Fast Track customers have the additional option of a 24 hours toll free support line.
  • We email tips, explanations, and updated information when available.
  • Custom web site customers may request that we train their designated web master to make changes and manage the account.
  • Free support is provided for all standard and Fast Track hosting clients for hosting and control panel issues.
  • Site design support is available for an additional fee, once the initial contract is completed
