Rates and Terms

Standard rates for services

• Web page and graphics design: $60/hour
• PHP, Java scripting: $60/hour
• Standard 12 month hosting plan: $10/month*
• Fast Track monthly hosting plan: $16.95/month
• Fast Track annual hosting plan: $170/year
• Flat rate basic 2 or 3 page site, including 1 year hosting: $475
• Hosting support: free
• Minor changes (new email address set up, contact info change on web page): $10/incident
• Major changes (additional web page, text revision, database changes): $60/hour, 15 minute increments
• Photography and other subcontracted services are billed at our cost, we do not inflate the prices
• Edit/convert digital audio file, copy taped audio to digital: $60/hour or $15 minimum
• Video editing, copy/digital conversion: $60/hour, $25 minimum
• Nonprofit or educational discounts: write or call

Refunds

• Standard hosting: full refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, allow 4 weeks
• Fast Track hosting refunded in full if cancelled within the first 30 days, allow 4 weeks.
• No refunds for other services, though we will make reasonable changes until you are satisfied.

Terms

Hosting: initial payment is due before account is set up. Renewals are due 48 hours before account end date to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Web Design Packages which include hosting: $250 down to start work, remainder to be billed monthly according to progress, or on completion, which ever comes first. Full payment is due within 10 days of billing and before final site goes live.

All other services: Total due within 10 days of billing and before materials or work is released.

Payment methods

We accept cash, checks drawn on banks with a local branch, all major credit cards, and Pay Pal. We recommend credit card of Pay pal for hassle free, automatic renewals For your security we use a secure online payment gateway which does not share your credit card information with us.
